Laurie: Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how
much we enjoyed your "cabin." The colors were just spectacular
as was the weather and the cabin's decor. We couldn't have
asked for more. Your maintenance person is very nice also,
and keeps the place super clean, exceeding our expectations. And
I know the fireplace situation was a little frustrating for you
but we enjoyed it in the early morning hours. The couple
extra hours on Monday sure was a help as we could get ready to
leave at our leisure. We checked out a bit before noon. We
certainly hope to return to Alta-Vista some day--Lord willing. Thanks

P.S. I failed to mention
how helpful the information in the books was. It certainly
helped us plan our vacation. Can you tell we
were more that satisfied!!??.

Laurie!!! We REALLY enjoyed staying in your cabin. The
view was amazing and it was so peaceful and quiet. There were
a couple of kitties that came by to visit, too, but were afraid
of people. Our granddaughter Autumn enjoyed the movies and
the closet upstairs. What a great little playroom. We have
stayed in a few cabins in the North Georgia mountains, but this was
was definitely the most well stocked and people friendly......one
didn't have any trashcans and the other didn't have any pillows!!!!!! We
definitely hope to come back and enjoy your "little piece of
heaven". Thanks so much!

sooner. We had a wonderful time at your cabin. Just wish we could
have stayed longer. I understand why you love it so much up there.
We definitely want to go back again.You have a beautiful mountain

the front yard. It was fun watching them. All of the brochures and
information were so helpful. You did all of my homework for me. Thanks

vacation in the Alta Vista cabin was everything we hoped it would
be. There cannot possibly be a better view in the whole area. The
cabin is perfect -- spacious, 2 decks, hot tub, clean and tastefully
decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is
easy to find, yet has that secluded feeling. The many hiking trails
and antique stores nearby were exactly what we wanted. We will definitely
return and have recommended it to all our friends and coworkers!!"
